Create a Journey that updates the scheduled contact time when a lead opens an email the first time. This can be a good idea if you want to get in touch with leads while they still have the information clear in mind.

  1. Create a Mails Journey from the Start page.

  2. Give your Journey a name in the top left corner.

  3. Choose if you want the Journey to trigger on all campaigns or only on specific ones.

  4. Now, create the rest of your Journey as shown below:

  5. When you are done, click Activate in the top right corner.
