Requires administrator rights or one of the following permissions:

If you are sending SMS' through Adversus, you can get an overview of the SMS activity for the past 7 days.

  1. Go to Messages in the menu on the left and choose Email/SMS activity.

  2. Go to the SMS tab in the top. Here you'll see all events from the past 7 days. Here, we'll describe what each event means.

    1. In queue at SMS provider

      Waiting for the provider to process the SMS.

    2. Sent

      The SMS has been sent to the recipient.

    3. Received

      The recipient has received the SMS on their phone.

    4. Wrong number

      The recipient number cannot receive SMS (not a valid number, landline/IP number).

    5. Delivery will never happen

      The recipient's number has blocked the SMS and we are not trying to send it again.
