In Adversus, you can use tags to label a variety of elements, making them easier to organize and track.
A tag is essentially a label that can be attached to campaigns, scripts, templates, products, contact pools, KPIs, and more, giving you a clearer overview. Even more importantly, you can filter by tags, which is incredibly useful for locating specific data.
The possibilities are endless with tags, as they can be applied across Adversus. You can use tags on the following elements and areas:
Email templates
SMS templates
Webspaces
Voicemails
File templates
Manuscripts
Campaigns
Strategies
Users
KPIs
Teams
Permission groups
User groups
Projects
Contact pools
Number pools
Phone numbers
Contact fields
Field groups
Journeys
Products
Dashboards
Reports
Warehouse
Example: If you’re working with multiple clients and using different templates and have different products associated with each client, it is beneficial to create tags that help you identify which client these elements are associated with. This makes it easier to elements specific to each client. For instance, you might tag all campaigns for easy filtering or add tags to your contact pools.
How to Create Tags
You can create tags in various parts of Adversus—whether in campaign settings or when creating or editing a product. Simply type in the 'Tags' field to add a new tag or select one from the dropdown that appears with previously created tags while editing settings or creating new elements.
You have complete freedom in naming your tags, making them versatile. There’s no limit to how many tags you can create or how many tags you can attach to the same campaign, for example. All tags can be added or removed from elements as needed.
This is how it looks like if you want to add a tag to a campaign in the campaign settings:
Once created, tags work across Adversus and cannot be deleted - they can only be added or removed from elements. So, consider carefully how you name and structure your tags before using them to ensure an organized system from the start.
How to filter with tags
Tags are a powerful filtering tool throughout Adversus, wherever filtering is possible, such as in Warehouse and Insights.
You can filter by one or multiple tags at once and combine tags with other filtering methods.
