This feature is an add-on product and is not included in the standard subscription. It also requires that your organization have a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
AI can be helpful for creating widgets that display the exact data you need in Dashboards.
First time using the AI KPI generator, you'll have to Opt-in. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company and consent to the use of OpenAI's ChatGPT as a sub-processor for the purpose of generating KPIs. You can read more about requirements and the basics you need to know when using AI here.
You can opt out at any time if you no longer want to use the AI feature.
NOTICE: The KPI generator doesn't have access to Insights fields. Personal data will only be processed by the AI to the extent expressly provided when issuing a command.
How to create a KPI using the AI generator
Go to Insights and Dashboards.
Click Add widget and choose Generate new widget from the drop-down menu.
Type in a prompt that describes your desired KPI widget (works best in English) or choose one of the suggested prompts. You may adjust your prompt, e.g., if the text is unclear or too long.
Press Enter or Generate when you're done prompting. Your KPI widget is now ready to use.
