Phone number regulations

Both our customers and Adversus must adhere to country specified phone number regulations.

Local regulators often require different types of adequate documentation to carriers and local regulatory instances. To avoid disruption of services and to comply with regulators, you as an Adversus customer are required to provide all mandatory information for each country you want to have phone numbers from.

At present we only provide business numbers, for which you find the requirements below. Not all countries are mentioned; if you want to purchase numbers from a country that is not in the list, please contact our support team!

Calling on behalf of your customer

If you as an Adversus customer represent different clients you need to call on behalf of, we need a Letter of Authorization (LOA), Company registration as well as the local documents of the third-party you are representing.

We can provide templates and information in situations where you represent a third-party.
