Requires administrator rights or all of the following permissions:
Journeys and Leads (edit)
You can change the Scheduled contact time to for example: a month from now by doing the following:
1. Navigate to the left hand menu and click on Journeys.
2. Select Manual - Leads as the type of trigger that should start the journey.
3. Select what should trigger the journey if it should be:
First run: Trigger journey only once (if you will not be reusing this journey)
Every run: If you will be re-using this journey more than once
4. Click Save Triggers.
5. Click on the plus sign (+) and then click on the red F(x) icon.
6. From here, you will get a drop-down box. Select Update lead.
7. Now you are able to edit the Scheduled contact time
depending on WHEN you would like the leads to be called again
Execution time: this would be from the moment the journey is executed.
Pick a relative date: This would let you choose any 'date and time' field you are using on the account, along with the Next time of contact or Last time of contact.
- you can also adjust the date according to the moment the journey is executed, so for example if you want the journey to run and the scheduled contact time should be 3 hours from that moment you would choose pick a relative date, from the from field choose execution time and then after +3 hours.
**If the call should be moved based on the date already set in Next Call select pick a relative date and in the from field select Next time of contact - from here you are able to adjust if it should be adjusted to depending on the date already in Next time of contact (before or after, and the amount of years, months, days, hours or minutes you would like to adjust the call for).
NOTE: You are able to make endless changes on when the leads should be called, if you have any doubt on if you have set up your journey correct, don't hesitate to contact our support. We would be more than happy to help you with this and ensure the journey is 100% good to go.
8. Once you have input the criteria based on when the 'Next Call' should be changed to, you can give your journey a name, save, and activate it.
Now you will need to run the journey on the specific leads you would like to change the 'Next call' date for.9. Navigate to the left hand menu and click on Warehouse > Leads.
10. Filter your way down to the leads you wish to run the journey on.
IMPORTANT: The journey runs on all leads in the view, so be sure to filter it to include only the leads you want to change.
11. Once you have filtered out the leads, click on Actions in the top right corner.
12. Click on Start Journey.
13. Select the new journey you just created from the dropdown box below Select your journey.
14. Click Start to run the journey on the leads you have filtered out.
