You can create different timeslots based on the time zones of your leads or the schedule (shifts) of your staff.
Go to Settings in the menu on the left.
Click on Account.
In the upper right corner, click Create and Create timeslot.

5. After you have created your necessary timeslots, you can go to Campaign Settings to adjust the timeslot settings in the Leads section.
Note: Once you have selected whether to show/hide timeslot settings, the timeslot will be available for agents to choose from in the dialer.
Remember to Save settings.
When you go to the campaign, you'll see the timeslot field in the right side of the dialer. When you assign a timeslot to a lead, they will only be available and callable during the selected timeslot. If you want to assign a timeslot in bulk, read more here.
