It can be helpful for some agents to hear a ringing tone that indicates an outgoing call is being placed. This tone can be turned on or off. We’ll show you how to enable it.
Go to Users and choose the user who wishes to activate the outbound ringtone.
Locate Dialer settings. Below you will find Enable ringtone in dialer (see picture below).
Remember to click Update user on the left side of the screen.
