Requires administrator rights or the following permission:

We need your permission to access your account since we thereby get access to all of your data. This permission is given directly from the platform.

  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left.

  2. Choose Account.

  3. Find Allow Adversus support access to your account and tick the box.

  4. Under Support access expires at, choose how long the support team is allowed access from the datetime picker.

  5. Click Update client settings in the bottom of the page to save.

After you click Save, we can access your Adversus account up until the selected expiration date. You can always edit your permission.
