Do you want to add users to your account or do you have one too many? Regardless if you want to add or remove users, this is how to do so.
Please Note: if you are downgrading and you would like to keep the data of the user you are deleting, do not delete the user, set the user type to None*. Then follow the steps below.
Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Billing.
Click Subscriptions in the top menu bar.
Now, toggle the Select Agent/Manager Licenses to the number of users you'd like to have.
NB: If you're downgrading, you need to delete users before you can change your subscription.
In the overview on your right side, you'll see the revised pricing.
Click Update subscription.
