Warehouse Leads is where you have the opportunity to find everything related to your leads in Adversus.
Go to Warehouse in the menu on the left and choose Leads.
As the default view, the Warehouse table shows you all leads in Adversus without any filtering. You can customize your view, save the view and trigger actions from the menu on the right side. Let's dig into that:
Filters
Use filters to narrow your search and locate the specific leads you're looking for, e.g., Campaign = Prince Paper customers.
It's also possible to filter based on your custom lead and/or result fields. Go to the bottom and click Add a contact field filter and choose the field you want to filter based on.
Columns
From the Columns tab, you decide the data you want to show in the table by adding relevant fields. If you'd like to lock a column, so it's always visible for your user when you enter Warehouse Leads, click the lock icon. If you, on the other hand, would like to remove it from the table, click on the X.
Actions
If you'd like to perform an action for the leads located in the Warehouse view, go to the third column named Actions. From here, you have several possibilities:
Add to campaign
Add leads as fresh leads to a campaign of your choosing. This will not transfer leads, but create duplicate leads on the new campaign.
Delete leads
This action will delete the leads from their respective campaigns. All lead history on the campaigns will be lost. This will not delete the contact from which the lead is created (read more about the difference between leads and contacts).
Fast track leads
This action will set the time for Next call to Now for leads with status Automatic callback. The action will not be successful if the lead's status is anything but automatic callback.
Delete recordings
This action will delete all recordings on the leads - if they have a recording attached.
Add to marketing campaign
This action will kick-start the bulk send-out of your email/SMS marketing campaign. (Note: you won't be able to see these bulk send outs in Email/SMS activity)
Clean up invalid leads
This action validates any valid numbers defined for the campaign lead and deletes those with an invalid number. The numbers are checked according to the regional number plans and against the numbers that have been blocklisted.
Assign as a callback
This action lets you change the status of leads to either Common callback or Private callback. If Private callback is chosen, decide the user who receives the leads.
Start Journey
This action will trigger a manual journey for all leads located in the view.
Views
You can find all of your Warehouse Leads views under the Views column.
If you have filtered and column'ed your way to the perfect view and would like easy access to it in the future, you can save it by clicking Save view in the top right corner.
Give it a cool name and choose if it's a private and/or favourite view.You can also export the view as a one-time export by clicking Export and Now, or you can set up a Scheduled export to receive it automatically whenever you'd like. Read more about automated reports.
