User administrations

Let it be an agent, an administrator, a calendar user or an insights user - here's how to do it!

  1. Go to Users in the menu on the left.

  2. In the top right corner, click Create and choose Create user.

  3. Under General settings, the first thing you want to edit is the User type. You can choose between three different users:

    1. Agent

      Users who can call from the system.

    2. Calendar user

      Users who can integrate their calendars and allow agents to schedule meetings directly in their calendars.

    3. Insights user

      Users who can't call from the system, but access Adversus as defined by their permission group.

  4. After you've defined the User type, enter their information. Depending on their user type, relevant settings are possible to adjust. Permissions and roles are always possible to adjust, and it's here you want to go, if the user should have administrator rights.

  5. When you're finished setting up the user, click Create user on the left.

  6. The user receives a verification email to the email you've input.
