Let it be an agent, an administrator, a calendar user, or an insights user - here's how to do it!
Go to Users in the menu on the left.
In the top right corner, click Create and choose Create user.
Under General settings, the first thing you want to edit is the User type. You can choose between five different user types:
Agent
All the tools you need to dial, manage leads, and create loads of success!
Manager
Perfect for managers who don’t need dialer access.
Calendar User
For external consultants who would like to integrate their calendars, but are not required to.
Insights User
Best pick for those who only need access to data and insights. Insights users have a predefined permission group. View only license.
None
Access is deactivated until another license type is selected.

After you've defined the User type, enter their information. Depending on their user type, relevant settings can be adjusted under Permissions and roles.
Additionally, you need to make some settings that are specific to some user types:
a) Agents: Dialer settings need to be applied.
b) Calendar user: Booking settings and Calendar settings need to be applied.
When you're finished setting up the user, click Create user on the left.
The user receives a verification email to the email you've provided.
