You need access to the network configuration at your location.

To ensure a stable connection from your device, it is important to allow traffic from the correct network ports. You should configure these ports if you experience sound blockage in Adversus.

You need to be able to send traffic to the following ports:

  • Port (TCP): 8089

  • Port Range (UDP): 1025-65536

UDP traffic must be allowed, and any firewalls must be configured such that the UDP traffic can be returned to the port used for outbound traffic.

The above-mentioned ports have to be opened to the following IP addresses or hosts:

  • 46.30.124.62 (sip1.adversus-server.dk)

  • 46.30.124.63 (sip2.adversus-server.dk)

  • 46.30.124.100 (sip3.adversus-server.dk)

  • 46.30.124.106 (sip4.adversus-server.dk)

  • 46.30.124.111 (sip5.adversus-server.dk)

  • 46.30.124.112 (sip6.adversus-server.dk)

  • 46.30.124.119 (sip7.adversus-server.dk)

  • 46.30.124.120 (sip8.adversus-server.dk)

  • 46.30.124.126 (sip9.adversus-server.dk)

Note that office networks are often configured by the IT department and home connections will sometimes require that you contact your ISP.
