Workforce is Adversus' time management system that lets you monitor your employee login time. Use Workforce to get an overview of each agent's online and break time, and identify potential employee pain points.
Go to Insights in the menu on the left and choose Workforce.
Per default, the view isn't filtered and is showing the activity for the current day on all active users.
If you'd like to filter your view, you can do so on a user, teams or groups level.
If you filter on users, you can choose who you'd like to see from the dropdown.
If you filter on teams, it'll include all users located in the team(s) you're choosing.
If you have created a user group, that's also something you can use for easy filtering.
As mentioned, the default view shows you the current day, but that's also something you can change from the From and To date. The Start and End times can be set to fit with your working day.
Now, you can see the total amount of time individual users have been logged into the platform. They have logged and break time attached as well as the ratio between the two.
