Create a Journey that sends an email to leads before the scheduled callback time. This is beneficial, if you'd like to give them a heads up beforehand and increase contact rate.
Navigate to the journey module on the left hand menu. Create a Leads Journey from the Start page.
Give your Journey a name in the top left corner.
Choose if you want the Journey to trigger on all campaigns or only on specific ones.
Now, create the rest of your Journey as shown below (this example sends the email 2 hours before the scheduled contact time).
Make sure to select the template you would like to send out.
NB If you have selected a sender in the template already, the User field can be left blank.
When you are done, click Activate in the top right corner.
