Copying settings vs. cloning a campaign
There are two ways to reuse campaign configuration: Copy settings and Clone.
Copy settings selectively transfers chosen settings (lead fields, result fields, campaign fields, or any combination) from one existing campaign to one or more other existing campaigns. For each setting, you can choose to Merge (add alongside what already exists) or Replace (overwrite what already exists). Ideal when you want to update specific settings across multiple campaigns at once.
Clone creates a brand-new, exact duplicate of an existing campaign — all settings are copied over unchanged. Use this when you want a fully configured copy to start from scratch.
Here's how to copy settings.
Go to Settings and choose Campaigns in the left menu.
Locate the campaign you want to copy the settings from, then click the three dots.
Choose Copy settings.
In the window that opens, you can select the campaign settings you want to copy to another campaign.
In addition to the specific settings you can copy, you can choose one of the following options for each setting: None, Merge, or Replace.
None – The selected setting will not be copied to the target campaign.
Merge – The setting will be copied without removing any existing settings. For example, if you copy fields to a campaign that already has fields, the copied fields will be added alongside the existing ones.
Replace – The copied setting will replace the existing setting. For example, if you copy fields to a campaign that already has fields, the existing fields will be removed and replaced with the copied fields.
Select the settings you want to copy, then select the campaign(s) you want to copy them to.
Click Confirm at the bottom.
