Use a manual journey combined with Warehouse Leads to edit the 'last contacted by'.
Go to Journeys in the menu on the left and create a new Journey with a Manual trigger.
Click the red icon to add an action and choose Update lead. From there, you can input the Last called by user.
Give your journey a name and click Activate in the top right corner.
Now, go to Warehouse in the menu on the left and choose Leads.
Filter your way to the leads that you want to edit the Last called by field.
Go to the Actions tab and choose Start Journey.
Choose the manual journey you just created. In this example, we've called it Last contacted by. Click Start afterward.
The action will edit the last contacted by for all affected leads.
