Requires administrator rights or the following permission:


Create a Journey that closes specific leads (based on their status) when they expire and haven't been closed.

In the campaign settings, you can decide how many days should pass before a lead expires.

  1. Create a Leads Journey from the Start page.

  2. Give your Journey a name in the top left corner.

  3. Choose if you want the Journey to trigger on all campaigns or only on specific ones.

  4. Click the blue circle to add the Lead expired trigger.

  5. Now, create the rest of your Journey as shown below:

    NB: Use the in operator and choose the following statuses:
    Automatic redial, Common redial, Private redial, VIP redial and Unprocessed.

  6. When you are done, click Activate in the top right corner.
