If your email is connected to two or more Adversus workspaces, you are able to switch between these. |
The main reason is usually that you have an agent user and a calendar user assigned to the same email. Another reason could be that you're administrating or solving tasks for several different companies and need a user for each company. Either way, here's how you switch between Adversus workspaces.
In the menu on the left, click on your initials/user name in the lower left hand corner.
From the pop-up, choose the option Change workspace.
You will now have an overview of all the workspaces your email is connected to.
Choose the workspace you wish to access and work from.
