To ensure that your consultants have a buffer if they're driving from meeting to meeting, you can activate the Calculate driving time setting.
NB: This is a paid feature available upon request please reach out to our support team if you would like to add it to your account.
Go to Users in the menu on the left.
Click on the calendar user you want to edit.
Go to Booking settings, find Calculate driving time and check the box.
If you want to enable the calculation from where the consultant starts and ends their day, input their home address. Adversus will then input a driving buffer in the beginning and end of the day.
Click Update user on the left side when you're done.
Adversus will now automatically input a buffer in the booking calendar depending on the driving time between addresses.
