Edit the number of contact attempts on leads

Requires administrator rights or all of the following permissions:

Journeys and Leads (edit)

Use a manual journey combined with Warehouse Leads to edit the number of contact attempts on leads.

  1. Go to Journeys in the menu on the left and create a new Journey with a Manual trigger.

  2. Click the red icon to add an action and choose Update lead. From there, you can input the number of contact attempts you want to assign to your leads.

  3. Give your journey a name and click Activate in the top right corner.

  4. Now, go to Warehouse in the menu on the left and choose Leads.

  5. Filter your way to the leads you want to edit contact attempts on.

  6. Go to the Actions tab and choose Start Journey.

  7. Choose the manual journey you just created. In this example, we've called it Contact attempts. Click Start afterward.

  8. The action will edit the contact attempts for all affected leads.
