Adversus has a default note field available in the dialer. This note field is only for internal use and notes written are saved in the leads' activity log. Here, we'll show you how to create a note field that you can use for external purposes, too.
Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.
Click on the campaign you want to add the note field to or create a new campaign.
Click on Fields in the top menu bar and choose Result fields.
In Field type, choose Create new field.
Choose Text as Content type and choose Large text as the Input type.
Click Add field in the bottom.
The new note field is now available in the campaign and are located on the right side.
