Adversus supports the use of shortcuts, which makes it easier to navigate around the system quickly.
Search outside the dialer
CTRL + Space = Search Adversus.
Search inside the dialer
F1 = Call/hang up
F2 = Answering machine
F4 = Set callback time
F5 = Mark lead as invalid
F6 = Mark lead as unqualified
F7 = Mark lead as not interested
F8 = Mark lead as success
F9 = Select email template
ALT + SHIFT + ENTER = Save lead
CTRL + SHIFT + 1 = Toggl between manuscript and lead data
CTRL + SHIFT + 2 = Go to iframe
CTRL + SHIFT + 3 = Go to note field / write note
CTRL + 0-9 = Send DTMF tone (menu selection via phone)
CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + 2 = Menu selection * (star)
CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + 3 = Menu selection # (square)
CTRL + P = Stop / start recording
SHIFT + F1 = Focus on lead data
SHIFT + F2 = Focus on result data
CTRL + SHIFT + F3 = Focus on status
CTRL + SHIFT + P = Pause
CTRL + ALT + F1 = Log out
CTRL + ALT + Q = Quit dialer after this lead (checkbox in the bottom right)
Enable Standard Function Keys on Mac
On your Mac, go to System Preferences.
Choose Keyboard, then click Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys...
Now, you'll need to press the Fn key in the lower left corner of your keyboard plus the corresponding function key to complete an action.
