Add leads with "max call attempts reached" to a new campaign

Requires administrator rights or the following permission:

Journeys

Create a Journey that adds leads with Max. call attempts reached to a new campaign. Leads that have status Aut. redial and have reached the max. amount of call attempts are added to a new campaign.

NB: This journey will create a duplicate lead in the new campaign, if you prefer to just move the lead from one campaign to another use the action "Update lead" instead of "Add lead to campaign".

  1. Navigate to the Journey module on the menu on the left, Create a Leads Journey from the Start page.

  2. A window opens up where you must choose what should trigger your journey. Here you have to make sure Lead postponed (Aut. callback) is selected, and then click Save triggers.

  3. Give your Journey a name in the top left corner.

  4. Choose if you want the Journey to trigger on all campaigns or only on specific ones.

  5. Now, create the rest of your Journey as shown below:

  6. When you are done, click Activate in the top right corner.
