If you are working on behalf of another company, you can create an Insights user to give your customer an overview of performance in Adversus.
Insights users have a VIEW ONLY license and have a predefined permission group that cannot be changed.
Go to Users in the menu on the left.
In the top right corner, click Create and choose Create user.
Under General settings, select Insights user as the User type.
Continue by entering the rest of the information on your Insights user.
Click Create user when you are done. The user will receive a verification email and can log in to overview the performance.
Permissions and restrictions for Insights users
Insights users have a predefined permission group that cannot be changed, and have access to the following:
Access is limited to Warehouse, Reports, and/or Dashboard views shared with the insights user by other users
Can’t edit shared views/ Is a view ONLY license
Cannot be converted into an admin user
Not possible to integrate their calendar into Adversus
Locked permission groups - additional permissions can’t be attached
Can’t listen to any recordings in Adversus
