Create manuscripts and add them to campaigns to give something for agents to lean on in conversations - available directly in the dialer.

  1. Go to Messages in the menu on the left and choose Templates.

  2. In the top right corner, click Create template and choose Manuscript.

  3. Give you manuscript a name and write the information you want to display to agents in the dialer.

  4. When you are done, click Save in the top right corner.

  5. Now, go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.

  6. Locate the campaign where you want to add your manuscript and click Manuscript.

  7. From the dropdown, select the manuscript you have created to add it to the campaign.

  8. The manuscript is now available for agents on the campaign. It can be accessed by clicking on the manuscript tab above the lead data.
