Journeys


Create a Journey that resets leads with status Not interested after three months. After three months have passed, the leads will be available to call again.


  1. Create a Leads Journey from the Start page.

  2. Give your Journey a name in the top left corner.

  3. Choose if you want the Journey to trigger on all campaigns or only on specific ones.

  4. Now, create the rest of your Journey as shown below:

  5. When you are done, click Activate in the top right corner.
