Adversus locks a user's access if the password is mistyped 5 times. This is how to unlock their access again.

Go to Users in the menu on the left.

Locate the locked user from the overview.

The user's status is marked with a yellow box saying Locked.

To unlock, click on the Locked box and confirm.
