Requires administrator rights or one of the following permissions:
Campaign administration, Settings.

Input daily KPIs in the dialer window for agents to see when they're calling.

  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.

  2. Find the campaign you want to add KPIs to.

  3. On the row of the campaign, click KPI.

  4. Find the KPI(s) you want to add, tick the box and input the goal.

  5. When you have added the KPIs you want, click Confirm in the bottom.

  6. Agents are now able to see their performance from the dialer window (when they're active on the specific campaign).

  7. Under Result data on the right side of the dialer, they can click the trophy icon.
