Input daily KPIs in the dialer window for agents to see when they're calling.
Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.
Find the campaign you want to add KPIs to.
On the top menu bar, click KPI.
On the left side, you find the KPI builder that allows you to customize your KPI, and get a preview of how it looks in the dialer. Here you can pick from various predefined KPIs or choose your own custom-built KPI, select a time frame, choose whether you want your KPI to cover one or all agents, if the KPI should be specific for the campaign, etc.
When you have chosen the setting for your KPI, click Add in the bottom. Now your KPI will be visible in the list on the right side of the screen.
Agents are now able to see their performance from the dialer window (when they're active on the specific campaign).
Under Result data on the right side of the dialer, they can click the trophy icon and view the KPI result.
