Requires administrator rights or one of the following permissions:
Save time and add relevant iframes to campaigns. Let agents work from the dialer window without having to jump back and forth between different programs.
Go to Settings and choose Campaigns from the menu on the left.
Edit the campaign you want to add an iframe on.
Go to Iframe in the top bar menu.
Give your iframe a name (visible in the dialer), input the URL, choose whether the iframe is located within the dialer or opens in a new window and if it should be shown as default when agents enter the campaign.
