When you create a new calendar user, you can apply specific settings on a user basis, e.g., default meeting duration, working hours, calculate driving distance, etc. Here's how to do so.

  1. Click on Users in the menu on the left.

  2. Find the meeting consultant you want to edit and click on their user name.

  3. Go to Booking settings in the menu on the left.

  4. From here, you can edit the calendar user's settings.

Calendar user settings

  • Team leader
If ticked, the calendar user can view and edit other calendar users' meetings within the team.

  • Alternative email
Add an additional email to use within templates (emails, SMS, calendar events).

  • Match values

  • Round robin priority weight

Adversus will automatically assign a consultant while trying to distribute meetings equally between the consultants. Read more about Bookings round robin mode.
