How to blocklist leads

Requires access to the dialer.


If you call a lead that never wants to be contacted again, it is possible for agents to blocklist them, thus making it impossible to call them again from Adversus. This is how you can do that.


To enable the blocklist lead option:
1. From the sidebar menu, click on Settings > Account
2. Scroll down to where it says Enable blocklist

3. Don't forget to press the green "Update client settings" button



If this box is ticked on you will have the option to blocklist leads from the dialer.


In the right side of the dialer next to Callback time, you'll see a Blocklist lead option. Check the box before saving the lead to the blocklist.

If a blocklisted lead appears in the dialer for some reason (or is opened manually), you'll clearly see in the Phone field that they're blocklisted.


NOTE: If you want to see a list of your blocklisted leads, click on the left-hand menu bar "Settings > Account"; from here, you can scroll down to "Download all blocked numbers."
