Requires administrator rights or the following permission:
From Warehouse, you can move a VIP and private callback from one agent to another - or edit them to common callbacks, making them available for all agents.
Go to Warehouse and choose Leads from the menu on the left.
From the filter option on the right side, click on Status, choose the In operator and select VIP callback and Private callback.
The Last contacted by filtering option should include the user in which you want to move the callback.
Go to Actions and choose Assign as a callback.
If you choose to assign as Common callback, the leads will be released to all agents. If you choose Private callback, you need to choose which agent you want to assign the leads to.
