How to edit a Field type

In order for Adversus to "read" the fields correctly, the content type of a field is important. If you've created a phone field, then the type should be Phone so that Adversus can process it as a phone number in the dialer. If you mistakenly created a field with the wrong type, this is how you can change that globally.


  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Account.

  2. Click on Fields in the top menu bar, and from the drop down select Fields again.

  3. Choose the field you want to edit. You can now change settings in the pop-up window that appears.

  4. Under Type you are able to choose what "type" of field it should be in order for Adversus to process it correctly.
