If you want to create a lead manually on a campaign in Adversus, here's how to do so.
Go to Leads in the menu on the left and choose Create manually.
Select the campaign where the lead should be created and click Continue.
You will now be guided to the dialer, where you can input the lead's data manually and call them right away - or save the lead with a status.
Alternatively, you can also create a manual lead directly in the dialer for a campaign.
Navigate to the three dots next to the desired campaign where a manual lead should be created.
NB. This requires that manual lead creation is enabled under General in the campaign settings.
