Assign a specific timeslot for leads (In Bulk)

Requires administrator rights or all of the following permissions:

Journeys, Leads (edit) and Settings


Use a manual journey to assign timeslots (availability hours) in bulk on specific leads to make sure agents call them at the right time.


  1. Click on Journeys in the menu on the left.

  2. Select Manual as the Journey trigger type.

  3. In the window that opens select "Every run" and then click on save triggers.

  4. Choose a name for the Journey in the upper left corner.

  5. Create an action and choose Update lead.

  6. Edit the Timeslot field to the timeslot you wish to assign in bulk.

Remember to Save and Activate your journey.


Now, you are ready to trigger the Manual Journey using Warehouse Leads.

  1. Go to Warehouse Leads in the menu on the left.

  2. Filter your way to the leads you want to assign the timeslot to, e.g., country, campaigns, etc.

  3. When you have the correct filtering, click the Actions tab.

  4. Select the Start Journey action and choose the manual Journey you created.

  5. Click Start.

The manual Journey will automatically update the timeslots for the affected leads.
