To ensure the highest possible deliverability of SMS' sent from Adversus, we require you to verify the Sender ID (phone number/alphanumeric). This includes SMS' sent through Journeys and manually sent from the dialer.
Go to Settings in the main menu and click on Phone numbers.
Click on the SMS Sender IDs tab, Create in the right upper corner, and choose Create SMS sender ID from the drop-down.
Choose if you want to verify a 'regular' phone number (digits) or a sender ID that contains alphanumeric characters (letters/digits).
Verify a phone number
Input the phone number and click Send verification code. You'll receive an SMS with the verification code.
Verify alphanumeric characters
Input the Sender ID (name) that you'd like to display when sending SMS' and submit your request. Our support team will manually approve your request.
