Sometimes you get new information about your leads, maybe your mailing list got updated with new email addresses, or you simply gained more information about them from outside Adversus.
Adding that information to your leads in Adversus is fairly simple, here is a quick step by step guide.
Go to the campaign settings of the campaign you want to enrich your leads on, and select Upload leads

Go to Leads -> Contact pools. Click the 3 dots on the contact pools you contacts are in and select Import.
Select a field to match on, this lets the system match the data in your document with the data already in the system. The match field should be a field with data unique to the individual contact/lead. Best practice is to use the phone number field as it is almost almost unique.
Now the system will know that if a contact has the phone number from a specific line your document, the information from that line belongs to that lead.
So now you simply select Enrich data in this field, on every piece of data from your document should be updated.
This will let ensure that all contacts from your document that exist in the contact pool you are uploading your leads to get their data enriched. If you have any new leads that aren't already in your contact pool they get uploaded as usual.
