This article explains how you can find the different types of callbacks for an individual agent. This can be helpful if, for example, you are looking to find/move callbacks from one agent to another.
Go to Warehouse and Leads on the left-hand menu.
Filter on Last contacted by and input the name of the user for whom you wish to find all callbacks.
Filter on a specific Status, e.g., Private callback, VIP callback etc.
It's possible to Save your view, if you want it to be easy to find again.
