How to find all callbacks on a specific agent

Do you want to be able to find all callbacks on a specific agent? Here we will show you a step- by step guide on how to do this.

This article explains how you can find the different types of callbacks for an individual agent. This can be helpful if, for example, you are looking to find/move callbacks from one agent to another.

  1. Go to Warehouse and Leads on the left-hand menu.

  2. Filter on Last contacted by and input the name of the user for whom you wish to find all callbacks.

  3. Filter on a specific Status, e.g., Private callback, VIP callback etc.

  4. It's possible to Save your view, if you want it to be easy to find again.
