Requires administrator rights or one of the following permissions:
Audit all calls, Audit own calls

  1. Go to Warehouse and choose Calls in the menu on the left.

  2. Use Filters in the menu on the right side to specify your view.

  3. Click on the Columns tab and add Play recording.

  4. If there is a recording attached to the calls that are available in the Warehouse view, you can now listen to them directly in the table.

  5. If you want to download the recording, click the three dots and choose Download.
