How to find recordings when using the Quality module

In the Quality module in Adversus, you can find and listen to recordings of conversations between agents and leads.

  1. Go to Insights in the menu on the left and click Quality.

  2. Add filter in the menu on the right side to find the leads, thus the associated recordings you want to listen to.

    In the example below, we use Last contacted by because we'd like to listen to recordings for a specific user.

  3. When your filters are all set, click Start QA session.

  4. After initiating your session, Quality presents you with the leads one by one. The associated recordings are available directly on the lead (if any are present).
