Adversus allows you to integrate consultants' calendars to streamline the appointment scheduling process.

In the following guide, we'll go through the three necessary steps you need to set up in order to book meetings directly from the dialer.

Create a meeting consultant and integrate their calendar

  1. Go to Users in the menu on the left.

  2. Click Create in the top-right corner, then choose Create user.

  3. Under User type, select Calendar user and input the information on the consultant you're creating. If you want to adjust the specific consultant settings right away, you can read more about them here.

  4. Click Create user when you're finished.

  5. The user receives a verification email with a link. They need to click on the link and follow our guided steps to integrate their calendar.

  6. If you're the one who needs to integrate your own calendar, go to the bottom of your calendar user settings and locate Calendars.

  7. Click on Add calendar.

  8. From here, select your calendar provider, then follow the steps to integrate your calendar.

  9. Now that the calendar is integrated, you can proceed to the next step.

Set up a campaign's booking settings

  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.

  2. Locate the campaign you want to use for booking purposes or create a new one.

  3. In the campaign settings, go to Booking in the top menu bar.

  4. This is the place you decide which information the consultant receives in their calendar when a meeting is booked.

Decide which information to display in the external calendar event details.

  5. Remember to click Save settings in the bottom right corner when you're done.

Insert the booking calendar in the dialer

  1. The final step is to add the booking calendar to the dialer so agents can schedule meetings when speaking with leads.

  2. On the campaign where you've set up your Booking settings, click Fields and choose Result fields.

  3. Click on the drop-down menu Field type and choose Calendar.

  4. Manage the calendar's settings before you add the field to the campaign.

    1. Show

Decide when the booking calendar should show in the agents' view in the dialer. You can choose Always, specific statuses, e.g., Success, Not interested, etc., or a custom event.

    2. Require booking on success

If you check this box, agents must schedule a meeting to save the lead as Success.

  5. Click Add field.

  6. The dialer is now ready to book meetings!
