Adversus lets you integrate external calendars to streamline appointment scheduling. If you want the full scope on how to get the dialer ready to book meetings, look here instead.
Go to Users in the menu on the left.
Find the calendar user in your name, then click the name to edit.
Go to the bottom of your calendar user settings and locate Calendars.
Click on Add calendar.
From here, select your calendar provider, then follow the steps to integrate your calendar.
Your calendar provider will guide you through the integration process. The steps may vary depending on which calendar provider you use.
If you're unsure which Microsoft calendar you have, open Outlook and go to File → Office Account or File → Account Settings → Account Settings. There, you'll find information about your account.
If it says Outlook.com or Microsoft account, you have an Outlook.com account.
If it says Microsoft Exchange, your account could either be Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) or an on-premises Exchange Server. Outlook does not distinguish between the two, so if you're unsure which one you're using, you may need to try both integration options when connecting your calendar.
Your calendar is now integrated and ready!
