If you want to allow agents to send emails manually to leads, you can add email templates to a campaign.

If you need help creating an email template, read more here.

  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.

  2. Locate the campaign where you want to add your email template and click on it.

  3. Go to Messages in the top bar menu and choose Email templates.

  4. From the dropdown, select the email template you want to add to the campaign.

  5. The email is now available for agents on the campaign. In the right side of the dialer, they can find the template from the Send email dropdown.

  6. A pop-up will then appear, showing the email template before they click Send in the top right corner.
