Add an email template to a campaign

Requires administrator rights or one of the following permissions:

Settings, Campaign administrations


If you want to allow agents to send emails manually to leads, you can add email templates to a campaign.

If you need help creating an email template, read more here.


  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.

  2. Locate the campaign where you want to add your email template and click on it.

  3. Go to Messages in the top bar menu and choose Email templates.

  4. From the dropdown, select the email template you want to add to the campaign


  5. The email is now available for agents to send in the dialer on the campaign. Just click on Send email.


  6. A pop-up will then appear, in the left corner where you can select which template you want to send.
