If you want to allow agents to send SMS manually to leads, you can add SMS templates to a campaign.
If you need help creating an SMS template, read more here.
Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.
Locate the campaign where you want to add your SMS template and click on it.
Go to Messages in the top bar menu and click on SMS template.
From the dropdown, select the SMS template you want to add to the campaign and click Select.
The SMS is now available for agents on the campaign. In the dialer, you can now find the button Send SMS.
A pop-up will then appear, showing the SMS template.
