If you want to allow agents to send SMS manually to leads, you can add SMS templates to a campaign.

If you need help creating an SMS template, read more here.

  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left and choose Campaigns.

  2. Locate the campaign where you want to add your SMS template and click on it.

  3. Go to Messages in the top bar menu and choose SMS templates.

  4. From the dropdown, select the SMS template you want to add to the campaign.

  5. The SMS is now available for agents on the campaign. In the right side of the dialer, they can find the template from the Send SMS dropdown.

  6. A pop-up will then appear, showing the SMS template before they click Send in the top right corner.
