If you are working with appointment scheduling, it is possible to automatically send an SMS reminder to leads before the meeting.


  1. Go to Settings and choose Campaigns.

  2. Locate the campaign where you want to add an SMS reminder and click SMS reminder.

  3. Click Create SMS reminder in the top right corner.

  4. Input the content of your beautifully written SMS reminder.

  5. Insert the Sender information on the right side. Here, you can use both numbers and letters, e.g., Adversus or +4586300086.

  6. Insert the Recipient. This should be the lead phone number merge tag that you can find under Lead fields in the Merge tags section.

  7. Go to Settings tab to schedule when the reminder is sent to leads.

  8. Click Save in the top right corner when you're done.

  9. The SMS reminder is now automatically sent to leads before the meeting.
