You have the possibility to use merge tags in attached files. You need to create a Word document including the merge tag from your Adversus account. Here's how you do it.

  1. Go to Messages in the menu on the left and choose Templates.

  2. Either edit an existing email template or create a new one.

  3. When you are in the email editor, you can locate all merge tags in the bottom under Merge tags. If you are creating a smart email, the merge tags are located within text editor.

  4. In your Word document, input the merge tags from Adversus directly in the document, e.g., hello [12345].

  5. When you are done with your Word document, save the file and click Attachment in the email editor.

  6. Upload the Word document and confirm that you want to process the merge tags.

  7. Your file is now uploaded with merge tags. Once you send it to leads, it will convert to a pdf file including the lead's information.
