If you have many leads saved with the automatic redial status (because you hit voicemail the last time you tried calling), you can make these leads available to call now.
This can be done in two different ways; on a campaign level or with custom filtering using Warehouse Leads. Both ways are explained below.
Note: This will ONLY work for leads with the status set to Automatic redial and a scheduled future call.
Fast-track leads on a campaign level
Go to Dialer in the menu on the left.
Locate the campaign in which you want to make automatic redial leads available now.
Click on the three dots on the campaign row and choose Fast track leads.
All leads on the campaign that were saved with automatic redial are now available to call.
Fast-track leads using custom filtering through Warehouse Leads
Go to Warehouse in the menu on the left and choose Leads.
Filter your way to the leads you want to Fast track. In the example below, we want to Fast track all leads that Tom Hanks last contacted.
After you've found the relevant leads, go to the Actions tab and choose Fast track leads.
Confirm by clicking Fast track.
All leads with the status Automatic redial in the Warehouse table are now available to call from the campaign.
