Do you want to call specific leads on a campaign for a limited amount of time? Create a campaign segmentation and let agents call on relevant leads, e.g., specific zip codes.
Go to Dialer in the menu on the left.
Locate the campaign you want to segment.
Click the three dots on the far right, and choose Manage Segments.
Click on Segment Builder.
Here you can choose the data source from which you want to create your segments and start building.
You can read about the different Segment Types here.
Click Save segments
You can always edit/delete your segmentation from the Manage segments setting.
NB: When changing between the different segment types, the original segments will be replaced with the news ones, and CAN NOT be restored.
