Campaign settings - KPIs

Set up a KPI view directly in the dialer so your agent’s can keep track of their numbers as needed.

Written by Simon (DK)

To set up the KPI view you need to either be on an Administrator account or have the Settings permission.

There are numerous ways of helping your agent's keep track of their own and their team's performance. Such as sharing a report or dashboard with them, but if you want them to stay in the dialer it might be a good idea to set up the KPI page for them in the campaign. This lets them track their numbers without ever leaving the Dialer.

Setting up your KPIs

By going to the KPIs tab of the campaign settings you can set up what KPI's you want to be shown as well as how they should look. In the top left you get the preview of what the KPI you are working on will look like, as dictated by the what you select in the Edit KPI options.

KPI

You can click in the KPI field to select one of your KPI's to be displayed. The KPI's can be made in the Insights menu and you can read more about that here.

Name

This is where you choose what you want your KPI to be called. You can of course choose to to just name it after the KPI itself. But if you want to call it something different to make it more easily understandable for your agents that is also possible.

Goal

In goal you can decide what goal you want your agents to be chasing for that KPI. Such as setting a target for how many leads they save as success, it is closely tied to the Time setting as that decides over how long a period the goal must be reached.

Time

Here you decide how long a period you want your KPI to be looking at. This can be different from KPI to KPI, some KPIs you might want to get reset day to day, while other's might be better suited for tracking progress over a week or a month.

You can click the box next to Time to select what time period the KPI should be looking at in the same way as selecting a time period in Warehouse or Insights.

Users

Here you can choose between Agent only, and All Agents. This decides if only the data of the currently logged in user counts towards the KPI, or if everyone's data counts. So you can have one KPI that tracks the individual successes, and another that tracks the successes of everyone to show how the team is doing.

Campaigns

In campaigns you choose between Current campaign and All. Much like the User option, this is to decide what data is used for the KPIs. If you select Current campaign, then only data generated on the current campaign is used by the KPI. If you select All, then it looks at data from all the campaigns for the KPI.

Icons

This is a cosmetic option, it lets you select the icon that represents the KPI in the dialer. There is a host of different icon's to choose from when you click the box.

Color

This is the other cosmetic option, it simply lets you pick the color your KPI should be in the Dialer. It can help to group similar KPIs with the same color, or give the most important ones colors that catch the eye.

Add and rearange the KPI

With all the choices made you can see the preview of your KPI in the top left and if you are happy with it you can click Add at the bottom.

This adds the KPI to the list on the right, if you have more KPIs you can click on their name in the list and drag and drop them to rearange them.

The KPIs in the dialer

In the dialer the KPIs have their own small tab on the right behind the result fields, by clicking the tab with the little trophy icon you are brought to the KPI page where you can see the KPI's set up on the campaign.

When you are done setting up your KPIs on one campaign you don't have to do the same manual setup on your other campaigns, you can just copy them over. For more information about that you can read this article.
